I was introduced to this sparkling white wine recently and I fell in love with it. It's light and crisp, low in alcohol content and can be served on ice!
There's how the name came about. "O" for O ver Ice. Clever eh?
You can get it from the DFS in Singapore Changi airport. It's so refreshing that I can finish it in one go! Just like soda!
